About Me
I’m Morgan — a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & former collegiate athlete with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, & supported in their overall wellness.
With a B.S. in Psychology & a Masters of Education, I take a whole-person approach to training that blends fitness, mental health, & sustainable nutrition habits to help you become the best version of yourself!
My goal is to create realistic, effective programs, group challenges, and community that not only improves performance, but also helps you build lasting health and balance in everyday life.
